The Loyalist College Board of Governors meets on the posted date, time and location specified below.
Members of the college community and the public are welcome to observe the open session meetings of the Board. Observers may not address or participate in the meeting. Confirmation of attendance in advance of the meeting is required by contacting the Board Office at 613-969-1913, ext. 2201.

Media Attendance at Board of Governors Meetings
Loyalist College Board of Governors open session meetings are open to the public and media. Media representatives planning to attend are asked to RSVP one week in advance of the meeting.
The following guidelines support transparency and media access while protecting the Board’s ability to engage in focused discussion and effectively carry out governance responsibilities during meetings:
- Media attending in person or online will receive an annotated meeting agenda identifying each speaker and providing a brief description of each topic.
- Up to three brief media interviews of approximately five minutes each will be available immediately following the open session. Interviews are available to media representatives attending in person and will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Photography and video recording are not permitted during Board of Governors meetings. Photos may be taken during the media interview period immediately following the meeting.
- Media may request permission in advance to audio record the meeting for the purpose of supporting accurate reporting. Recordings made during the meeting may not be published or broadcast.
