FAQs
Timetables for most students will be available approximately two to three weeks before classes start, as long as fees have been paid. If you require a special timetable, please see your Student Advisor.
If a class appears in your schedule but has no room assigned, it is an online course and you do not need to be at the college. Some online courses will be delivered “live” during this time while others may be recorded to be available at your convenience. If a course has a room assigned, you will be required to be on campus.
Program changes are only accepted in the first week of the semester. Complete the program change form here. All program changes are subject to approval.
To withdraw from your program, please contact advising@loyalistcollege.com and schedule a meeting with your student advisor. Non-attendance is not a withdrawal. If you do not officially withdraw you may incur financial and academic penalties.
To add or drop courses, please contact advising@loyalistcollege.com and schedule a meeting with your student advisor. They will assist you with completing an add/drop form.
To register your GNED according to your program map, visit the myLoyalist portal, and click on the “GenEd Course Selection” icon.
To change your GNED course, send an email to the Registrar’s Office (info@loyalistcollege.com) and we will remove you from your GNED. You can then log in to your myLoyalist portal to select a new GNED course.
Verification of Enrolment letters can be found in your myLoyalist portal in the myApps view. Letters are available for eligible post-secondary students in a declared program for the past two years. If you have had an approved leave or other gap in your education, or if you had to repeat courses, please review your letter carefully for accuracy. Contact info@loyalistcollege.com if you believe there’s an error in your letter.
