Confirm your seat in the program
It is important that you confirm your attendance by the outlined dates or your offer will automatically expire. You can confirm by contacting International Admissions directly or, if you applied online at ICAS, you can confirm online on the International Application Portal.

Pay College tuition fees
Fees are due by the payment deadline on your invoice. International students are required to pay 100% of semester one fees owing to the College. Receipt for payments will be provided electronically to you or your agent, as proof of finances is required when applying for your study permit. Failure to make payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of admission.

Provide proof of completion of academic requirements
If you have not already done so, forward proof of successful completion of all required courses to International Admissions or to ontariocolleges.ca. This includes proof of graduation, marks from high school, post-secondary education, correspondence courses, summer school, adult upgrading, etc.

Pay your Residence fees and return your Roommate Questionnaire
If you wish to live in our on-campus Residence, fees must be received by the deadline in order to maintain your room in Residence. For more information or to apply, click here.

Return your immunization record (if applicable)
A number of programs require you to submit a completed immunization record to the Loyalist College Health Centre by September 4 for September start students and December 15 for January start students. Please review the information on your program page to confirm if this a requirement for your program. Visit the Health Centre website to access the immunization record form. If you have questions, please call 613-969-1913, ext. 2248. The immunization record must be returned to the Health Centre. It is advisable for all international students to bring proof of immunization and medical records to Canada regardless of whether or not it is required for your program.

Apply for scholarships and bursaries
International students can only apply for international student scholarships after arriving. Applications will be provided after you have arrived and are registered. You may also qualify for international scholarships available at scholarships.gc.ca.

Log in to the myLoyalist student portal to review timetables, registration, Orientation and book lists, available online in August for September start students and in December for January start students.

City bus schedules are available at belleville.ca/residents/page/transit. College parking permits can be purchased through myloyalist.com. Rates are subject to review and change annually.
