Microaggressions and Racism in the Workplace

This workshop will be scenario based. It will touch on identity, privilege, microaggressions and racism. Through examples and dialogue, the students will be provided with simple strategies to mitigate difficult situations at work. This skillset will help them in their interactions on and off campus.
