Students that wish to apply for Loyalist College in Toronto are asked to please email: loyalistintoronto@tbcollege.com. Applications for Loyalist College in Toronto are not available on the IAS portal.

About Loyalist College in Toronto

Outside of Canada:
International payments are accepted through our international payment portal, powered by Flywire. Please refer to the instructions on Loyalist College's How to Make a Payment web page. 

Inside Canada:
Payments can be made via Flywire account  within Canada.

Please be advised that all payments for Loyalist College in Toronto and Port Hope students are processed through Loyalist College in Belleville. Please email InternationalAccounts@loyalistcollege.com for payment inquires.  

New students:
Receipts are made available on the IAS Application Portal (ontariocolleges.ca) in two to three business days once payment has been received.

Returning students:
You can print your own receipts by following these steps:

1. Login to myLoyalist
2. Click My Information on the blue menu bar
3. Click Payment Receipt
4. Select your term

Online bank payments can take up to three business days to be received on your student account. If your payment is not on your account within three business days, please email InternationalAccounts@loyalistcollege.com and include your student number in the message.

Belleville & Port Hope Campuses:
Yes, please upload your documents to the IAS Application Portal. If you require assistance please contact: InternationalAdmissions@loyalistcollege.com.

Toronto Campus:
Yes, please upload your documents to the Agent Portal. If you require assistance please contact: loyalistintoronto@tbcollege.com.

Please note that PPR’s (Passport Request Letter sent by the IRCC) are not an acceptable document for pre-registration.  

Belleville & Port Hope Campuses:
Please ensure that you have completed the pre-registration process by uploading your visa/study permit documents to the IAS portal (ontariocolleges.ca). Students that have completed the pre-registration process will receive an email with MyLoyalist.com login details within two to three business days.

If you have completed pre-registration and not yet received your MyLoyalist.com login information within three business days, please contact InternationalAdmissions@loyalistcollege.com and be sure to include your Loyalist College student ID number.

Toronto Campus:
Please ensure that you have completed the pre-registration process by uploading your visa/study permit documents to the agent portal or forwarding your documents to the Enrolment Services Team at Loyalist College in Toronto: loyalistintoronto@tbcollege.com.

Students that have completed the pre-registration process will receive an email with MyLoyalist.com login details within two to three business days.

If you have completed pre-registration and not yet received your MyLoyalist.com login information within three business days, please contact InternationalAdmissions@loyalistcollege.com and be sure to include your Loyalist College student ID number.

Belleville & Port Hope Campuses:
Students that have completed the pre-registration process and paid full term fees by the deadline indicated on their Letter of Acceptance (LOA) can access their schedules via Banner on MyLoyalist.com.

Timetables will begin to be available approximately two weeks before classes start, as long as fees have been paid and special timetables are not required. Students can access their courses via Blackboard on MyLoyalist.com in 3 - 5 business days after registration.  

To view your schedule, please follow the below instructions:

1. Sign into your myLoyalist with the credentials given to you.   
2. Click on the "myInformation" along the top of the page.  
3. Click on "View Your Timetable" to view your schedule.  Please push the calendar to "Week of " by clicking on "Next Week" on the right. 

*Please note registration may take up to three business days for students that complete the pre-registration/full-term payments after the applicable deadlines.

Toronto Campus:
To access your class schedule and courses, you must register on the Loyalist College in Toronto portal. You will receive an email to your Loyalist College email account with instructions. Registration will be open a few weeks before the beginning of the semester.

After registration, you will receive your Moodle credentials to your Loyalist College email account. You will be able to access Moodle within two business days. Moodle is our Learning Management System where you can find all the information about your courses including slides, assignments, tests, and important announcements.

An online orientation session will be scheduled right before the beginning of the semester. Please refer to your schedule of classes posted in Moodle.

Belleville & Port Hope Campuses:
Students can inquire about a possible deferral by emailing International Admissions at  InternationalAdmissions@loyalistcollege.com.

Please view your Student Invoice in myFees to determine your tuition and fees for the next semester. If you have already made payments towards your next semester, you will have a credit on your account until registration occurs. This credit will appear as a negative number as your Account Balance at the top of the Account Summary page. It can be deducted from the amount due on your Student Invoice. If you have additional questions, please email InternationalAccounts@loyalistcollege.com.

Tuition and fees quoted on the LOA are estimated and subject to change, as noted on the bottom of the LOA.

Ancillary fees are mandatory. They are set in accordance with the Ontario Ministry of Colleges and Universities fee guidelines and are approved by the Loyalist College Board of Governors and your Student Government. myLoyalist.com login information is provided to students that have uploaded their visa/study permit documents to complete the pre-registration process. Students will receive an email in two to three business days after completing pre-registration. Click on myLoyalist link (top right corner) at https://loyalistcollege.com/:

and sign into your myLoyalist portal account using the login information provided to you:

From here you can click on your myFees icon in the myApps list:

The myFees page contains tabs on the left side of the page that provide your Student information, Student Invoice, any Additional Costs related to your program, Account Summary, Payment Options and ways to Contact Us regarding your account:

To determine your tuition and fees for a semester click on Student Invoice tab. The example below shows where to locate the total amount due for Fall 2021. You can also see Total Winter 2022 fees and Total Spring 2022 fees on this page (if it is applicable to your program):

If you have already made payments towards your next semester, you will have a credit on your account until registration occurs. This credit will appear as a negative number in the Account Balance at the top of the Account Summary tab. It can be deducted from the total amount due on your Student Invoice to determine how much you still owe. In this example, you would still owe $7,395.03 ($7661.25 – 266.22):

It should also be noted that changes to your account for settlement fees, airport pickup and quarantine packages can also change the Account Balance if you have not paid them.

Verification of Enrolment letters can be found your myLoyalist portal – myApps. Letters are available for eligible post-secondary students in a declared program for the past 2 years.  

Please note Enrolment letters are not longer for purpose of travel – please review Travel to Canada : Loyalist College for details to travel and enter Canada.

Toronto Campus:
Loyalist College in Toronto students must come to campus to pick up their Student ID card. Students will need to bring their passport and Letter of Acceptance (LOA). Please visit reception from Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 2 pm to have your photo taken and obtain your card. For more information, contact studentsuccess@tbcollege.com.

T2202 Educational Tax Receipts are available ONLINE only. Receipts will not be mailed or emailed. All current and former students can access their receipt by following the instructions on Loyalist College's Transcripts & Tax Receipts web page.

Students are expected to complete their programs according to their prescribed program maps. Please refer to your LOA for your expected completion date. Please refer to Loyalist College's Program Maps web page for more information. 

Please be aware that the tuition fees do not cover the cost of textbooks and other essential school supplies. To ensure a successful academic journey, we recommend that students prepare approximately $ 400-600 CAD per semester (not per program) to cover the costs associated with purchasing textbooks, stationery, and other learning materials. While the exact amount may vary depending on the program and course, this estimate should give a reasonable starting point.
