Loyalist College Hosts 16th Annual Pancake Breakfast In Support Of the United Way of Quinte

Loyalist College is pleased to invite members of the media to attend its 16th Annual United Way Pancake Breakfast in support of the United Way of Quinte. The Rotary Club of Quinte Sunrise will also be presenting a cheque to United Way of Quinte Executive Director Judi Gilbert at 7:30 a.m. 

What:   16th Annual United Way Pancake Breakfast 
When:   Thursday, October 11th 

7:30 – 10:00 a.m. 
Where:  Loyalist College Cafeteria

Wallbridge-Loyalist Road 
Cost:   $3 for students, $5 for faculty and staff 

Breakfast includes pancakes, bacon, coffee and juice 

Loyalist has received generous donations from Bib’s Meats, Findlay Foods, Reid’s Dairy, Club 213 and Aramark. All proceeds will go to benefit the United Way of Quinte.

The United Way of Quinte is committed to building a stronger community by providing opportunities for everyone to access the programs and support they need. United Way of Quinte has been in existence since 1959 and last year raised over 1.8 million dollars in support. This year’s goal is 1,925,000. 

The Rotary Club of Quinte Sunrise is a member of Rotary International and actively supports many community events and organizations including the Operation Red Nose program, Air Force Day at Canadian Forces Base Trenton, Camp Trillium, the Quinte Healthcare Association, and many more.
