Each year, staff and faculty from the Loyalist College Bancroft Campus organize a Christmas gift exchange. Rather than purchasing gifts for each other, employees bring in new, unopened toys for children in need.
On December 18, 2012, nearly 20 employees participated in the Bancroft Campus Staff Toy Exchange. In total, they collected more than 40 toys, which were then donated to the Bancroft OPP Kids in Need Program.
