Business students at Loyalist College gathered in Alumni Hall to learn how guest speaker, Niall Glynn, began his exciting career on Bay Street. Today, at the age of 25, Niall serves as a research associate with TD Securities on Bay Street in the heart of the Toronto financial district. Niall talked about his first 90 days on the job: what it takes to survive the 12 hour days, how to behave, how to dress, how to spend, how to get noticed, how to live on Bay Street, and how to survive the dreaded probationary period with an outstanding review.
