Loyalist College Hosts Third Annual

March 25, 2013

On Saturday, March 23, Loyalist College hosted the third annual Empty Bowls in support of the Quinte Regional Food Sharing Shelter, a collective of nine area food banks including Deseronto, Picton, Madoc, Marmora, Stirling, Wellington, Northbrook, and Belleville.

Guests at the event walked away with handcrafted bowls donated by local potters, filled with gourmet soup prepared by Chef John Schneeberger, Loyalist Culinary Management students, and Dinkels Restaurant in Belleville.
