You may be aware that there was an incident on campus on Thursday evening. The police were called, and have taken all necessary steps. An investigation is underway. Message from President Piercy
Good afternoon,
I am writing as a follow-up to my communications of this morning. As you know, as a public organization, Loyalist College has thorough security protocols and professional security personnel in place. Our first priority is always the safety and wellbeing of our students and staff.
With respect to the incident on campus last evening, we are making adjustments to our security arrangements for the coming days as a prudent measure. As I mentioned in my earlier communication, Belleville Police Service is working closely with us, and the investigation continues.
