How to register for online training:
Step 1: Apply for an apprenticeship and sign a training agreement.
Step 2: Receive an invitation from Loyalist College for the next available term.
Step 3: Submit the Online Apprenticeship Seat Confirmation form to secure your seat.
Step 4: Receive email with approval to register.
Step 5: Review the list of required courses and the courses available for registration.
Step 6: Self-register* and pay** for your courses.
- View courses available for registration for the Developmental Services Worker apprenticeship program
- View courses available for registration for the Child Development Practitioner apprenticeship program
*Registration is subject to seat availability and seats are confirmed on a first come, first served basis. Students who self-register without approval will be withdrawn and assessed a $20 withdrawal administrative fee per course.
**Credit card payment is required at the time of self-registration. Payments cannot be made by phone or through online banking.

Registration changes
To drop one or more courses after registration, submit a Continuing Education Drop/Withdrawal form.
If the registration period is still open, you can add a course directly on Loyalist Focus.

Refunds
If you drop a course or withdraw from all courses within the first 3 days, you are entitled to a refund less a $20 administrative fee per course.
