Ms. Baskwill is recognized as a strategic academic leader focused on institutional transformation through administrative oversight and innovation. Ms. Baskwill brings exceptional experience in the college sector in both research and leadership capacities, and has served as Humber College’s Associate Dean, Allied Health – Faculty of Health Sciences and Wellness since 2017. A champion for equity and inclusion, Ms. Baskwill is also committed to fostering an institutional culture of respect, trust and openness.

Ms. Baskwill holds a Bachelor of Education (Adult Education) from Brock University and a Master of Science, Health Research Methodology. She also holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Health Research Methodology from McMaster University. As a Registered Massage Therapist, Ms. Baskwill holds a Massage Therapy Diploma and a Teacher of Adults Certificate from Centennial College.
