The Facilities and IT Service Desk is available to assist with all issues pertaining to Facilities and IT Services. These services include facilities, maintenance, cleaning, parking, accounts/access, email, hardware, software, AV, application development, learning technology, etc.

SAL - Student Access Lab

Monday - Friday  7:30 am - 10:00 pm (7:30-5pm Spring/Summer Hours)
Saturday  and Sunday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm (Closed April 23rd - September)

PAL - Pioneer Access Lab

Monday - Friday  9am - 5pm - Closed April 23rd to September
Saturday and Sunday Closed

*Service Desk and Access Lab hours are subject to change and typically run on reduced hours during reading weeks, holidays, and over the summer.
