Follow these simple steps to secure your spot and pay your fees.
STEP ONE: Pay your seat deposit
Domestic students must pay a non-refundable $250 deposit once per academic year to secure their spot in a program.
HOW TO PAY: Login to myLoyalist.com to access the Seat Deposit app or follow the button below:
Please Note: Please only use the Seat Deposit App to submit your deposit payment. This helps ensure your payment is received, recorded, and applied to your account without delay.
DEPOSIT DUE DATES: Submit your seat deposit based on the first term you will attend in the academic year –

Sponsorship Students: Students under sponsorship are not required to pay the tuition deposit if their sponsor has provided the College with a Sponsorship Letter by the tuition deposit deadlines. Learn more about Sponsorships here.
Students receiving financial assistance: Students receiving funding through OSAP, Better Jobs Ontario, grants, bursaries or other forms of financial assistance are still required to pay the tuition deposit by the applicable deadline unless otherwise notified by the College.
STEP TWO: Review your payment plan
Once available for your academic year, review your payment plan deadlines in myFees.

Be sure to plan ahead by adding these important dates to your calendar!
STEP THREE: Pay remaining fees
Make payment for your remaining fees by the payment deadlines, including tuition, ancillary, residence and other fees, using one of the following payment methods below.
Note for OSAP students: Review your student account before making a payment, as OSAP funding is applied directly to your account first and may reduce or cover your balance owing.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Online Banking (recommended)
- Make a bill payment through your online banking app by adding Loyalist College as the payee and using your Student ID as the account number, or –
- Visit your bank in person to complete the bill payment
Flywire
- Use our Flywire payment portal to make your payment online. Available to both domestic and international students.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- Students must be in good financial standing to register for courses, receive grades, request transcripts and receive their credential.
- Loyalist College does not send payment reminders prior to payment deadlines. It is important to add payment deadlines to your personal calendar.
