Policies and procedures 

Policies and procedures ensure a consistent approach to coursework, student opportunities, and administration, fostering a cohesive and effective learning environment. We encourage students, faculty, staff, and community partners to review our policies to better understand our guiding principles and contribute to our shared success. 

Performance indicators 

Surveys of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are conducted annually for each College of Applied Arts & Technology in Ontario by an independent research firm on behalf of the Ontario Ministry of Colleges and Universities and Colleges Ontario. 

As reported in the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results released on February 28, 2024, Loyalist College again demonstrates excellence and leadership in the post-secondary education sector by surpassing provincial averages in every category, including graduate employment, employer satisfaction and graduate satisfaction. 

According to the KPI data, Loyalist excelled in employer satisfaction, boasting a 100 percent employer satisfaction rate, well above the provincial average at 91.8 percent. In addition, 89.3 percent of 2021–22 Loyalist graduates secured employment within six months post-graduation, exceeding the provincial average of Ontario’s 24 colleges at 85.8 percent. Loyalist also enjoys a graduate satisfaction rate of 80.5 percent, above the provincial average of 76.8 percent.
