Payment deadlines
New international students must pay all tuition and fees no later than the deadline date listed on the Letter of Acceptance in order to secure their seat.
Returning international students must pay their full balance owing by the dates indicated below.
Tuition Fee Due Dates:
- Fall term: August 1
- Winter term: December 1
- Spring term: April 1
If an international student does not pay their full balance owing before the deadline, a late fee charge of $250 will be applied to their student account.
Please note: Students under sponsorship are not required to pay the tuition deposit if their sponsor has provided the College with a Sponsorship Letter by the tuition deposit deadlines. Learn more about Sponsorships here.
Payment methods
Loyalist offers the following payment methods.
- Flywire: Complete your payment in the Flywire payment portal.
- CIBC International Student Pay: Learn how to complete your payment in the CIBC payment portal.
Cash and credit cards are not accepted for tuition fees, ancillary fees, and residence fees.
Students must be in good financial standing to register for courses, receive grades, request transcripts, and receive their credential.
Debts
Students who are in any way indebted to the college cannot register for new courses, do not receive course marks or transcripts, and will not receive graduation certificates, diplomas or any other official documentation until the debt is cleared.

Where to find your invoice
Your tuition invoice is available in your myFees portal. We do not issue formal letters for banks, sponsors, or other third parties; students are welcome to take a screenshot of their invoice for documentation purposes.
Your myFees invoice includes:
- Payment due dates and semester totals
- Your full name and student ID
- Program name and semester
- Tuition and ancillary fees
When will my payment show?
Payments made through Flywire, CIBC, or other approved methods may take up to 3 – 5 business days to appear on your student account.
If your payment is not reflected after this time:
- Check your payment confirmation email
- Ensure your student ID was entered correctly
- Contact Accounts Receivable at internationalaccounts@loyalistcollege.com
Please note: During peak periods (e.g., start of term), processing times may be slightly longer.
