Deposit information and deadlines
Domestic students are required to pay a non-refundable $250 deposit once per academic year, through myFees, available on the myLoyalist.com student portal.
Please Note: Payments not submitted through myFees may not be properly received or recorded, which could result in delays or issues with confirming your deposit and securing your place.
- New students must pay the deposit by the deadline indicated for their start term in order to secure their seat.
- Returning students must pay the deposit by the deadline based on their first term of study in the new academic year. Please refer to the Deposit Due Dates.

- Fall term: June 15
- Winter term: November 1
- Spring term: March 1
Please note: Students under sponsorship are not required to pay the tuition deposit if their sponsor has provided the College with a Sponsorship Letter by the tuition deposit deadlines. Learn more about Sponsorships here.
Payment of remaining fees
After selecting a payment plan and paying the deposit through the myFees portal, students can pay their remaining fees, which includes tuition, ancillary and residence fees, by the dates listed in their selected payment plan.
Loyalist College offers the following payment options for remaining fees:
- Bank:
- Make a bill payment through your online banking app by adding Loyalist College as the payee and using your Student ID as the account number, or:
- Visit your bank in person to complete the bill payment
- Flywire: Complete your payment in the Flywire payment portal.
- In-person (debit only): Visit the Payment Office located in room 2H1 at the Belleville campus. Monday – Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
- Personal cheque (Canadian residents only) or money order: Mail the cheque or money order (with the student number) to Loyalist College Belleville campus, attention Accounts Receivable. Post-dated cheques are not accepted. Please ensure sufficient time for the mail to be received in order to avoid late fees. There is a $35 charge for NSF (non-sufficient funds) cheques.
Cash and credit cards are not accepted for tuition fees, ancillary fees, and residence fees.
Students must be in good financial standing to register for courses, receive grades, request transcripts, and receive their credential.
