1. Policy

Alterations, modifications, and maintenance of the Physical Plant is the responsibility of the Director of Facilities Services. No person is authorized to undertake work on the College buildings and facilities unless permission has been obtained from the Director, Facilities Services or the Supervisor of Facilities Services.

2. Procedure

The Director of Facilities Services should be advised of any building alteration which may be needed, or any equipment change or purchase involving modifications to the College buildings, system or facilities. This action will facilitate developing a budget for implementing this work.
