Loyalist College is pleased to host our annual Skills Competition on Monday, Feb. 24, 2025. Local high school students from across the region will have the opportunity to showcase their skills and compete in a range of technical and creative fields. This event celebrates emerging talent and highlights the value of hands-on learning.

On Monday, Feb. 24, 2025, secondary school students can compete in one of several competition areas. Please make a selection from the list below to obtain detailed competition information and register your competitors.

First phase applications: Open Jan. 13 – 27, 2025

The maximum number of spaces per competition will be divided by the number of interested school boards to provide equal opportunities for all. The number of spaces per competition for each school board throughout the first phase applications can be found on each competition area’s page linked below, starting on Jan. 13, 2025.

Second phase applications: Open Feb. 3 – 7, 2025

After the first phase application deadline has passed, Loyalist College will open the second phase applications to fill the remaining spaces on a first-come-first-served basis. School boards may use as many of the remaining spaces as they wish, up to the maximum number listed per competition. 

Please ensure registrations have been submitted by Monday, Jan. 27, 2025, for first-phase applications.

Check back to this page on Feb. 3, 2025, to access additional spaces and confirm final participation numbers during the second phase application period.
