Spring/Summer 2026 Residence

Applications for spring term are now live for Belleville and Port Hope campuses! The deadline to apply is 12 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2026.

We offer residences for our Belleville and Port Hope locations. While the convenience of rolling out of bed and making your way to class in minutes is a definite perk, there are other amazing reasons to consider living in residence:

If you are interested in living off campus in Belleville or Port Hope, we offer support through our Off-Campus Housing Office to help you navigate the rental market, create a budget, secure a lease, and understand city bylaws and regulations.

Home Share Loyalist

Home Share is an innovative, mutually beneficial housing solution that skillfully matches older adults in Hastings and Prince Edward Counties with Loyalist students. Students are able to provide support with household tasks (not personal care) in exchange for discounted rent.
