This exclusive opportunity is available to students who are joining Loyalist College for the first time in Spring 2025, giving you the chance to enjoy the comfort and convenience of on-campus living at no cost. That’s a savings of $2,200, allowing you to focus on your studies while being part of our supportive and vibrant campus community. 

To take advantage of this offer, students must sign a two-term residence contract, with the first term absolutely free. A $50 refundable application fee and a $500 refundable deposit are required to secure your spot. Spaces are limited.
