Belleville, Ontario, December 17, 2020 – Loyalist College congratulated 275 students who received 320 awards worth a total value of $167,900 during its Virtual Undergraduate Awards Ceremony on December 17.

Many of the awards were provided by donors through The Loyalist College Foundation, which was established in 1995 to provide leadership in meeting the goals for long-term development and fundraising to benefit Loyalist students and programs. Other funds were donated by individuals, businesses and community organizations.

Recipients were congratulated by Board of Governors Chair Pam Jolliffe, Loyalist College President and CEO Dr. Ann Marie Vaughan and The Loyalist College Foundation Chair Susan Scarborough. During the ceremony, this special appreciation video, featuring personal messages of thanks from donor recipients, was played for guests.

Additional awards will be presented to students and recent graduates in Winter 2021.
