Belleville, Ontario, August 11, 2022 – Loyalist College proudly reveals a bold new look that reflects the big things happening at our small College.

“We are unlike any other College in Ontario, and we’re proud of that,” said Jeremy Laurin, Senior Vice President, External Relations and Business Development. “Our small size and close community ties allow us to provide one-on-one attention to students while remaining flexible and innovative. We think differently at Loyalist, and our vibrant new brand highlights that difference. When you see us on billboards or online, we hope we’ll cause you to stop and think about the power of small.”

Small gives us the power to do big things.

The new brand embodies the warm, people-first culture that defines the Loyalist College experience, where students are known by name and cared for by every member of the Loyalist College community. The simple, contemporary design embraces the expanding perspectives, both local and global, that enrich and inform the college’s vision. The bold, playful palette of colours is paired with an open, direct brand voice that empowers, invigorates and challenges expectations.

Loyalist College is nimble and adaptable, able to pivot and to push the envelope with applied research, hands-on learning experiences and advanced curriculum. With new state-of-art facilities and expanding research expertise, the College has secured its place as one of Canada’s Top 50 Research Colleges and a hub for entrepreneurship in the Bay of Quinte region. These achievements did not happen in spite of our small size, but because of it.

Students, employers, industry partners and community members are encouraged to choose small and experience the big benefits of living, learning and working in our innovative and tight-knit community.
