Port Hope

Our residence property in Port Hope is located at 9 Pine St., just across the road from the College.  There are three unique apartments within the building, offering options for single or double-occupancy rooms. On-site laundry is offered (some in-suite and some shared), along with a shared kitchen, washroom, and common area space. Residence is a vibrant and close-knit community, offering numerous opportunities to connect, learn, and socialize with fellow Loyalist students. Our Community Leader (student staff) helps support residence students by providing social and educational programming, peer support, and resource referrals.

  • Close to classes- just steps from our Port Hope campus!
  • Each unit is fully furnished with kitchen appliances, a bedroom, and living room furniture.  Just bring your kitchen utensils and linen, and it’s move-in ready!
  • Pricing is inclusive of wifi and utilities
  • Parking is offered at 10 Pine St., with an unloading zone outside the residence
  • On-site laundry (some in-suite, some shared)
  • Shared access to outdoor space
  • Easy maintenance reporting
