Explore our residences

We offer residences for our Belleville and Port Hope locations. While the convenience of rolling out of bed and making your way to class in minutes is a definite perk, there are other amazing reasons to consider living in residence:

  • Make connections with other new and returning Loyalist students.
  • Experience being part of a diverse community.
  • Get support and guidance from live-in peer supports.
  • Access residence recreational and study spaces and 24/7 staff and security support.
  • Participate in fun social and educational programming that will complement your academic experience.

Belleville

Our on-campus residences provide a safe and vibrant community, just steps away from your classes. Choose a single room in our apartment-style residences, or check out the single or shared room options in our townhouses.

Port Hope

Located in charming Port Hope and Cobourg, we offer multiple unique residence and off-campus housing accommodations. Make connections in a close-knit community with access to shared amenities, transportation, support resources and more.

Home Share is an innovative, mutually beneficial housing solution that skillfully matches older adults in Hastings and Prince Edward Counties with Loyalist students. Students are able to provide support with household tasks (not personal care) in exchange for discounted rent.

If you are interested in participating in this program as a student or as a landlord, please email offcampushousing@loyalistcollege.com for more information and to fill out an application.
