I graduated from Loyalist College’s Office Administration and Health Services Administration diploma programs by attending the eLab. In order for me to change careers I knew I needed to upgrade my computer skills. I chose to go back to school with the support of eLab. The tutors, staff and other eLab students provided encouragement and a positive learning environment for me. They were all incredibly helpful and supportive whenever I needed assistance or someone to listen to my concerns. Through this opportunity I was able to provide feedback on the courses and have a voice on the Distance Learning Advisory Board. I have noticed a lot of personal and professional growth during my time at eLab and I am very grateful!

I wanted to complete a diploma that would enable me to work in a job that I enjoy. I have four children and couldn’t just travel to another location to attend college, so the Bancroft campus is perfect for me. It’s challenging, but doing my studies in eLab makes it possible. I come here while my kids are in school. They are so proud of me.
