You can monitor the status of your application by logging into your ontariocolleges.ca account. Be sure to also keep an eye on your email for any updates from Loyalist. Once you receive an offer of admission, check back to this page for all the info you need to confirm your offer and prepare for your first day of classes!

You’re in – woot woot! Congrats on receiving an offer to Loyalist College! 

Confirm your offer of admission in three easy steps:

  • Make it official at ontariocolleges.ca.

    You can also confirm your offer by calling 1-888-892-2228 (toll-free within Canada) or 519-763-4725. Make sure to have your OCAS number handy when you call!  
  • Pay College tuition deposit/fees 

    Prior to the start of your classes, you will receive a notification to check your invoice on the myLoyalist portal. Make payment arrangements for the date specified on the invoice to guarantee your seat. For further details, call 613-969-1913, ext. 2223. 
  • Provide proof of completion of academic requirements

    This offer is conditional upon completion of your secondary school diploma and meeting the requirements of your program. Learn more about conditional offers. 
What is a conditional offer?

A conditional offer is based on certain conditions that must be met before the first day of class. Applicants who are currently attending secondary school will often receive conditional offers. Conditions that must be met could include: completion of Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent or completion of specific courses, such as but not limited to math, biology or English, at a particular level. 

Loyalist College will verify that you have met your outstanding conditions before classes start. If you are a current Ontario secondary school student, your final transcript will be sent to us electronically and your final grades used to meet outstanding conditions. 

If you are a student from outside of Ontario, you will need to send your final transcript to Ontario Colleges so that it can be forwarded to Loyalist College. 

If you are attending summer school or are meeting your conditions by some other means, you will be required to demonstrate proof of completion to Loyalist College. Get in touch with our Admissions team at admissions@loyalistcollege.com for more information.
