What you need to know
This form allows OSAP-funded students to pay a non-refundable $100 deposit and select the open enrolment courses they wish to register for. Registration will be completed by the college, and a confirmation email will be sent. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your request.
Please note that not all open enrolment programs are OSAP-eligible. More information about open enrolment programs and OSAP.
The course selection form is only available approximately one month before the start of the term. Refer to Loyalist Focus for key dates.
Please submit the form once per term. Do not submit the form if you are sponsored by ECE grant funding. To learn more about ECE grants, please review the Student Handbook under Program Information on Loyalist Focus.

Step 1: Submit the course selection form
- Please ensure you correctly enter the course code and course title of the course(s) you wish to be registered for. Ex. GNED 1100 Becoming a Global Changemaker
Step 2: Pay a non-refundable $100 deposit
- If you are a new student, you must wait to receive your student number by email before initiating your payment.
- If you are a returning student, please pay your deposit as soon as possible.
- Set up Loyalist College as an online bill payment using your student number as the account number (fastest option) or make a payment using the Flywire payment portal.
- It may take up to five business days for your payment to be received. Your registration request will not be processed until payment is received.
