The form for Winter 2025 program changes will open in December.
Note: This form is only to be used for international students wishing to completely switch from one program to another within the first 10 days of the current semester. This does not include deferrals to a future semester. Switching to a new academic program may result in additional program fees.
There is a $100 non-refundable fee for program change requests for students entering a new program, semester one.
If your request is approved and you later wish to switch back to your original program, you may be required to pay another $100 fee.
Domestic students wishing to change programs should speak with our admissions advisors (located in Room 3H4).
