Appendix B: Web Page Complaint Appeals Process

Individuals have the right to appeal matters or decisions affecting their privilege to publish Web pages. 

Appeal process through Informal Discussion 

You are encouraged to resolve any dispute by taking the following steps: 

Step One: Subject to College policies, discuss the issue with the Webmaster in an attempt to resolve the problem. If not satisfied with the outcome, you can take: 

Step Two: Discuss the issue with your immediate supervisor in an attempt to resolve the problem. Supervisors may use various methods to review the situation including a three-member panel with the Director of Computer Services, an appropriate Dean or Director, and a member of the Webmaster Steering Committee.
