The Loyalist Student Health Centre is closed during the holiday period and will reopen on Jan. 6 at 8:30 a.m. For details about available community services, please visit the after-hours support page.
Counselling Services will reopen for appointments on January 2, 2025. If you or someone you are supporting are in crisis or having thoughts of suicide, please contact your local Crisis Intervention Centre, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide Crisis Helpline, or call 911 for emergency services.

You will need to provide your high school transcripts – these can be ordered through the ontariocolleges.ca website or directly through your high school/school board.
If you applied during the holiday closure, our team will review your application as soon as we return.

Please ensure that you have paid your fees/deposit. If you paid your fees during our holiday closure, you will be registered by our team after Jan. 2, 2025. After registration is completed, you will have access to your schedule.
Schedules can be accessed by logging into your myLoyalist, selecting the Banner icon; under the Student Services menu, you can view your course registrations and timetable.
Once you have accepted your offer, you will receive information to log in to your myLoyalist student account. If you accept your offer during the holiday closure, you will receive this information when we return. You will have limited access to information here, however, Loyalist will begin to send out more information via your college email the closer we get to semester start. We encourage you to monitor your student account for updates.

You will need to make an appointment with your Student Advisor. Please email advising@loyalistcollege.com to set up an appointment. Please be sure to include your name, student number, academic program and availability. Appointments will be set up during the first two weeks of the Winter semester.
For continuing students, please contact your AccessAbility staff member for a new ISP. For new students looking to register with AccessAbility Services, please fill out the AccessAbility Services Application Form. Once submitted, we will contact you to book your first appointment in January. Note: You will not be contacted until staff return after Jan. 2, 2025.
OCAS applications closed to these programs end of day Dec. 20. If you have applied close to this date or accepted your offer during the closure, we will be in touch when we return on Jan. 2, 2025. These programs begin Jan. 13, 2025.

If you require non-emergent medical care, please contact your primary care provider or attend a Walk-In clinic. International students have access to virtual appointments for non-emergent medical care through Mobile Doctor. For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital. The Student Health Centre will reopen for clinical services on Jan. 6, 2025.
