Accessibility Compliance Reports
Loyalist College continually makes efforts to remove barriers and improve accessibility across the college community. Accessibility Compliance Reports outline the College’s adherence to the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), covering key areas such as accessible customer service, information and communications, employment, and the design of public spaces. These reports are completed on a bi-annual basis.

Multi-year plan
In accordance with our organizational obligations under the AODA, Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (O. Reg. 191/11, s. 4(1) (2)), the college has prepared this multi-year plan. The college has taken a strategic approach to implementation, recognizing that the AODA obligations are far reaching, with varying levels of responsibility across the college. The multi-year plan is a fluid document and framework that provides high-level deliverables and activities over the next three to five years.

Loyalist College is committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible environment for all students, faculty, staff, and visitors. The Accessibility Steering Committee plays a key role in identifying and removing barriers, ensuring compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), and advancing the College’s equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) goals.
