Looking for new employees who best fit your needs? Save time and avoid costly advertising fees by posting your position with the Loyalist College Career Services to reach qualified candidates.
The myCareer portal enables employers to accurately manage their positions and contact information as well as remain informed about employment-related events happening at Loyalist College. After initial registration, your organization will be approved by a Career Services member and sent confirmation. You will then log in to the system using your own unique username and password and will be able to post as many positions as you like. We look forward to providing you with this enhanced service.
Career Services can help you connect with skilled future employees. We are here to help, and offer a variety of on-campus employer recruitment activities.
Career fairs
Career fairs provide a wonderful place for employers to market current and upcoming full-time, part-time, volunteer or placement/co-op opportunities. Whether your staffing needs are large or small, these events will give you access to a pool of qualified applicants – both Loyalist College students and alumni. Lunch and learn sessions
An opportunity to present your company and career opportunities to an audience of students from targeted programs over a casual lunch. We book the space, promote the event to students, take care of event organization and make arrangements for lunch on your behalf. Only four sessions are available each semester.

Interview space
If your organization requires space to hold interviews with prospective employees, look no further than Loyalist College Career Services. We can book a room for you and can help make the interviewing process hassle-free by setting up appointments with prospective students (if needed) and providing your organization with front-of-line staff to greet all candidates. Employer in the hall
Throughout the year, Career Services welcomes employers on campus to meet our students. We arrange for a space in a high traffic location for you to set up and market your organization.
Classroom visits
If you are interested in a classroom visit to give a presentation targeted towards students in a specific program, we would be happy to connect you with a program coordinator to discuss possibilities.

2025 career fairs
Career Services will be hosting three career fairs this winter:
- Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2025 – Health, Human and Justice Studies
- Wednesday, Mar. 19, 2025 – Business and Creative Industries
- Wednesday, Apr. 2, 2025 – Applied Sciences, Skills and Technology
Our career fairs provide a great place for employers to market current and upcoming full-time, part-time, summer or placement opportunities to Loyalist College students and graduates. Space is limited.
There is no cost to attend this event. Your free registration includes:
- Booth space (size is limited to 6′ x 6′ to accommodate all exhibitors)
- One table and tablecloth and up to two chairs. Due to limited space, only two representatives may attend.
- Lunch will be provided.

At Loyalist, we connect students with hands-on learning opportunities through partnerships with employers like you. Work integrated learning (WIL) integrates academic studies with practical experiences, benefiting both students and host organizations. WIL students bring fresh perspectives and can contribute to a variety of tasks, offering you access to a motivated talent pool.
