When will I get access to myloyalist account?
Once you have paid your deposit and uploaded a proof of your student visa, Loyalist College will send you information to access your account to the email that was on your original application. Please allow 24–48 hours for the process to be completed. If you did not receive an email within a week of your pre-registration please contact internationaladmissions@loyalistcollege.com. Account access emails will be sent according to the schedule below:

How can I access my offer letter and payment receipt?
The fastest way to get your LOA or payment receipt is to contact internationaladmissions@loyalistcollege.com.
There is an error in my Letter of Acceptance (LOA) how can it be fixed?

How do I get a copy of my transcript?
- Sign in to myLoyalist and click the Banner icon.
- Once in Banner, click ‘Student Services’ – ‘Student Records’ – ‘Request Printed/Official Transcript.’
Note: Please do not select Loyalist College for the External College Code.
Where can I find information about my textbook and other program costs?
If your program requires books or other supplies, you can view the recommendations by clicking the Additional Program Costs tab on myFees (located within your myLoyalist portal). We recommend waiting until the start of classes to confirm these items prior to purchase.
What is the process for getting my LCIT Student ID card?
Loyalist College in Toronto students must come to campus to pick up their Student ID cards.
Students will need to bring their passport and Letter of Acceptance (LOA). Please visit reception from Monday to Friday, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., to have your photo taken and obtain your card.
How will I get my health insurance card?
Once registered, we will send you your health insurance information to your college email address after day 10 of the start of the semester. Please contact studentsuccess@tbcollege.com if you do not receive your policy number and any additional information about health insurance.
How to I gain access to the campus Library?
To access the TBC/LCIT Library, please visit tbcollege.librarika.com.
Current students simply present their student identification cards at the reception desk when borrowing books.

How do I apply for an enrolment letter?
Students can request Enrolment letters by filling out the Request for Verification of Enrolment form on Loyalist College’s Student Forms web page.

Verification of enrolment letters for students are issued by the Admissions Office and not the International Office and can take up to five business days.
How can I obtain the official break letter?
Loyalist College does not provide letters for employment purposes confirming summer breaks. Instead, employers are requested to view the Academic Schedule, which outlines dates for scheduled programs.
International students are also encouraged to provide employers with a copy of their Letter of Acceptance (LOA) indicating the start/end dates of the academic program and their study permit, which outlines the conditions of their employment. Employers can also refer to this page on the Government of Canada’s website to review the eligibility requirements for working in Canada.

How can I apply for my study permit, co-op work permit and Post Graduation Work Permit (PGWP)?

Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP)
The Post-Graduation Work Permit Program (PGWPP) allows students who have graduated from eligible Canadian designated learning institutions (DLIs) to obtain an open work permit to gain valuable Canadian work experience. How can I obtain the Official Break Letter? – Student Services Tab
Loyalist College does not provide letters for employment purposes confirming academic breaks.
Students can direct their employers to the below link that detailed the period covered of academic breaks depending on the start date of their program.

Students can also provide their program plans posted in Moodle as additional reference.
When do I get my course schedule/timetable?
New/Semester 1 students:
Students will receive the instructions on how to get their schedule of classes after they completed all the stages of the enrolment process.
Returning students:
Eligible returning students will receive an email with their group and schedule information at least two weeks prior to the start of the term.
How to enrol to retake a course?
Please follow the directions on the Moodle dashboard to add a course you wish to retake.
How can I access my offer letter and payment receipt?
Incoming students:
Please contact your agent for your Letter of Acceptance and official tuition payment receipt(s).
Returning students:
- For your letter of acceptance, you can send an email request to registration@tbcollege.com.
- For payment receipt/s, you can download it from your myLoyalist portal.

Loyalist offers the following payment methods for international students.
- Flywire (international students): Complete your payment in the Flywire payment portal.
- CIBC International Student Pay: Learn how to complete your payment in the CIBC payment portal.
- Bank:
- Set up Loyalist College as an online bill payment, using your student number as the account number.
- Visit your bank in person to complete the payment.
- In-person (debit only): Visit the Payment Office located in room 2H1 at the Belleville campus. Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Cash and credit cards are not accepted for tuition fees, ancillary fees, and residence fees.
Students must be in good financial standing to register for courses, receive grades, request transcripts, and receive their credential.
Please be advised that all payments for Loyalist College in Toronto students are processed through Loyalist College in Belleville.
What is the passing grade for an individual course?
All courses will have a minimum passing grade of 50%.
What GPA will I need to graduate?
A minimum of 60% GPA is required for graduation from all certificates, diplomas, advanced diplomas and graduate diploma programs.
If I miss an assessment during the term, what should I do?
Email your instructor for an opportunity to retake the assessment. If declined, fill out the following request form for accommodation within five business days of the assessment date. It will be assessed by the College.

If I miss a class, what should I do?
Check with your instructor and classmates to catch up on what you missed.
I had a connectivity error before starting my quiz. What should I do?
Be sure to document your error and error time. Send an email to your instructor to show your evidence for missing the assessment. If declined, fill out the following request form for accommodation within five business days of the assessment date. It will be assessed by the College.

Can you email my teacher for me?
The Academic team will not send emails on behalf of students.
When will my grades be updated in the Banner?
Five days after your classes are complete, your grades will be populated into the MyLoyalist Portal.
I did not plagiarize, but my instructor reported me for a breach of academic integrity. What can I do?
Be sure to submit your evidence against academic dishonesty within five business days from your instructor notifying you of the breach of academic integrity. A proof will be assessed.
I want to appeal my final grade. What should I do?
Any appeal related to your grades must be initiated within five business days from the issuance of your final grades. Here is the form you need to fill out and submit to your instructor: Academic Appeal Form
Your instructor will then forward the form to the Academic team with the final decision.

When do I need to complete the co-op?
The co-op will take place in Semester Four for the programs listed above.
What is the length of a co-op?
The co-op work term is generally 14 weeks. Students are required to complete a total of 420 work hours. Co-op starts the first day of classes in the last semester (semester 4).
Where can I find a co-op job?
Co-op job opportunities are identified by the Career Centre and posted on Moodle for students to apply. Students can also generate their own co-op jobs (which are required to be approved by the Career Centre).
Are co-op jobs paid or unpaid?
Co-op jobs must be paid.
What do I need to provide to prepare for co-op?
- An updated resumé that is approved by the Career Centre (see your Co-op Advisor)
- A valid Study Permit and Co-op Work Permit. Make sure your permit dates expire after your graduation
- A Social Insurance Number
- Participation in co-op preparation workshops provided by the Career Centre
