Loyalist College and BMO Financial Group present The Pitch, a unique opportunity for Loyalist students to sell their personal brand or business idea in five minutes or less. The goal of the competition is to help students build confidence in pitching themselves or business ideas to future employers and/or companies.
Who’s Eligible
The Pitch competition is open to Loyalist students enrolled in any full-time program.
Prizes:
First Place: $1,000
Second Place: $500
Third Place: $250
To participate, candidates must register and submit a brief description of their personal brand or business idea by Tuesday, March 5 at 12 pm using the online form below.
The Pitch Process
- Selected candidates will be contacted and advance to the Semi-Finals.
- Candidates will present their pitch in five minutes or less to a panel of judges.
- Judges will provide feedback.
- Candidates advancing to the Finals will have the opportunity to refine their pitch before presenting to the panel of judges.
