Your Student ID Card identifies you as a Loyalist College student and gives you access to many college services and facilities.
Follow these steps to apply for your 2023-2024 Student ID Card.

Log into the myloyalist.com portal.

Select the ID Card Photo app.

Follow the instructions, ensuring that you adhere to the ID Photo Terms & Conditions listed below.

Wait for an email letting you know your card is ready. Please be advised that this could take three or more weeks, as cards are printed offsite.
Fall 2023 Orientation – Port Hope Campus
- Residence Move-in Day
- 8 am: Catch a bus from 36 Walton St. in Port Hope to the Belleville Campus
- 8:15 am: Catch a bus from the Comfort Inn in Port Hope to the Belleville Campus
- 8 am- 5 pm: Welcome & Shuttle Service
- 9 - 10 am: Official Welcome (Outside)
- 10 am - 12 pm: Academic Orientation (Shark Tank Pub)
- 12 - 4 pm: Lunch & Foam Party (Baseball Diamond)
- Score a FREE Loyalist Hoodie! Swing by our foam party from 12-4 pm at the baseball diamond, and pick up your complimentary student hoodie!
- 2 - 4 pm: International Orientation (Shark Tank Pub)
- 4 pm: Bus departs from the Front Entrance of Loyalist College in Belleville and returns to Port Hope.
- Classes start in Port Hope
Join us for fun games with giveaways and meet Mark Kirkpatrick, President and CEO at the President's Lunch & Welcome Event!
- Location: 115 Toronto Street, Port Hope
- Time: 12-1 pm
- 5 pm: Bus departs 36 Walton St. Port Hope to the Belleville Campus!
- 6 - 9 pm: Friday Night Lights (Belleville Soccer Field): Featuring a Lancers Varsity Soccer Game, Food Trucks and a Fireworks Show!
- 9:15 pm: Bus departs the Front Entrance of Loyalist College Belleville campus and returns to Port Hope.
- 3-6 pm: Watton Employment Career Fair at the Town Park Recreation Centre
- Offering immigration advising, a SIN clinic, and the opportunity to meet with employers.
