Loyalist and the QAC Present the Fourth Annual Student-Run Art & Design Exhibit

April 02, 2013

Students from the Art & Design Foundation program at Loyalist College invite the public to attend their fourth annual Art & Design Exhibit from Tuesday, April 9th to 16th. The highlight of this three-part exhibit, on display in three locations at the College, is a collection of artwork created by students in their final semester of the program. Works are inspired by a selection of short stories, poems, articles and musings provided by members of the Quinte Arts Council.

“The annual Art & Design Exhibit gives our students the opportunity to work with members of the Quinte Arts Council to explore their creative potential, which they have been honing and perfecting over the past eight months in the Art & Design Foundation program,” says Loyalist President Maureen Piercy. “Our students’ portfolio of beautiful artwork and curatorial experience provides an excellent foundation for their career or further studies in the Arts.”
